The Great White Throne Judgment is the final of the last three Judgments. Romans 14:10-12 says that we will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ and that each one of us will give an account to God.
The first of the final three judgments is the judgment seat of Christ (Bema Seat). This judgment is that in which the Raptured Saints will be judged in Heaven and receive their rewards for the work that they did while on earth (1 Cor. 3:13-15).
13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
The second of the final three judgments is the Judgment of the Sheep and Goats which will take place after the Tribulation but before the Millennium. Its purpose will be to determine who goes into the Millennial Kingdom (Matt. 25:31-36).
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
The Great White Throne Judgment will take place at the end of the Millennium. All of the unsaved dead of all ages will be raised to be judged according to their works. Everyone who is raised at the Great White Throne Judgment without Jesus will go into the eternal Lake of Fire (Rev. 20:12-15).
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
