The Word of God encourages us to judge or evaluate ourselves regularly. This is very important because, if we don’t judge ourselves, we can believe that Jesus will do it and it might not be so nice when He does it. Specific instructions are given to us in the Word of God related to taking the Lord’s supper and self-evaluation.
